Delivery time: We aim to deliver all orders within 5-7 working days for UK orders (DEPENDANT ON STOCK) and 10-14 working days for international orders. However, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and the time of year. We cannot guarantee delivery times and will not be liable for any delays in delivery.
Damaged or lost goods: If your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement order to be sent to you.
Undeliverable orders: If your order is undeliverable, we will try to contact you to arrange for a re-delivery. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be returned to us. We will then refund the purchase price, minus any delivery charges.
