Shipping Information:
- Shipping rates vary depending on weight and destination. Calculate costs at checkout.
- Most orders ship within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
- ATEX/TIA/Intrinsically Safe equipment and accessories can have an extended lead time (up to 12 weeks) due to custom builds and production lead-times.
- Shipping times may vary by destination. Track your order in "Order History."
- Shipping methods include:
- Standard Shipping (most affordable)
- Expedited Shipping (faster delivery, additional fee)
- Next Day Shipping (guaranteed next-day delivery, additional fee)
- Shipping restrictions: We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries with customs limitations.
Returns Policy:
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchasing the goods for new unopened and undamaged equipment.
- This applies to all products except those listed below (exceptions explained further down).
- To cancel, contact us within 14 days via email (sales@airacom.com) or phone (+44 (0) 330 175 8374).
- Returns and/or cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover processing and handling.
- Build to order equipment including ATEX/TIA/Intrinsically safe equipment and accessories are non refundable.
Return Process:
- Contact customer service for a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) within 7 days of cancellation.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the items securely in their original packaging.
- You are responsible for the costs and duties incurred in returning the goods/products or equipment.
- Once we receive the returned items in satisfactory condition, we will process a full refund within 7 working days, which excludes any and all shipping/freight and logistics costs including any importation and/or duty costs incurred by Airacom to receive the goods/product or equipment back into our facility.
Exceptions to Returns Policy:
- ATEX/TIA/Intrinsically Safe equipment: Due to custom builds, these items are non-cancellable and non-returnable once ordered.
- Custom-made and bespoke items: These cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described.
- Used or damaged items: Returns will not be accepted for used or damaged items unless caused by a manufacturing defect and in the case of a manufacturing defect the item/product/equipment will go through the standard manufacturers returns (RMA) process for repair.
- Items not in original packaging: Returns may be refused or incur a restocking fee if not in original packaging.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect items to your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- We will issue a refund, including return shipping costs, or offer a replacement.
Important Information:
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
- You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA) before returning equipment.
- The RMA number provided by Airacom must be included within the returns shipment packaging to identify the return.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
