B2B Policy: All orders are processed on a business-to-business basis. Please review the information below carefully before placing your order.

4. Delivery & Shipping

4.1 General Shipping Information

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Available options include Standard, Expedited, and Next Day delivery (subject to availability and additional fees).
  • We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your order.

4.2 Delivery Lead Times

  • Stock items typically dispatch within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
  • ATEX / TIA / Intrinsically Safe equipment may require extended lead times of up to 12 weeks due to custom build requirements.
  • Confirmed lead times will be provided upon order acceptance.

4.3 Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or destinations with known customs restrictions.

4.4 International Shipments (DAP)

  • All international orders are shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis.
  • You are the Importer of Record and are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and local charges.
  • Failure to pay customs charges will result in forfeiture of the order with no refund.
  • Risk transfers upon delivery to your nominated address.
  • Ownership (title) does not pass until full payment has been received.

5. Returns, Cancellations & Faulty Items

B2B SALES ARE FINAL: All orders are non-refundable unless explicitly stated below. Consumer cooling-off rights do not apply.

5.1 Non-Cancellable & Non-Returnable Items

  • ATEX / Intrinsically Safe equipment (custom-built items)
  • Bespoke or custom-made products

5.2 Faulty or Incorrect Items

  1. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
  2. Items will be processed via the manufacturer’s RMA (Returns Material Authorisation) procedure.
  3. If a product is discontinued, we will offer a replacement or refund.

5.3 Return Process

  1. A Return Authorisation Number (RAN/RMA) must be obtained before returning any goods.
  2. The RMA must be clearly included within the return shipment.
  3. Returns may be refused if items are used, damaged, or not in original packaging.
  4. Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7 working days, less any applicable fees and costs.
