How can I return equipment?

Returns must be inspected. Airacom will only accept returns when agreed in writing and not damaged or used in any way. If you would like to return an item, please contact us first to obtain a return authorisation number via support@airacom.com or by contacing us on +44 (0) 330 175 8374.

Customer is responsible for return shipping. The customer is responsible for returning the equipment and paying for the return shipment and any insurance. Airacom reserves the right to recover costs If any returns are faulty, damaged, or used, Airacom reserves the right to recover costs, fees, and expenses, including a restocking fee.
