Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information:

  • Shipping rates vary depending on weight and destination. Calculate costs at checkout.
  • Most orders ship within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
  • ATEX/TIA/Intrinsically Safe equipment has extended lead times (up to 12 weeks) due to custom builds.
  • Shipping times may vary by destination. Track your order in "Order History."
  • Shipping methods include:
  • Standard Shipping (most affordable)
  • Expedited Shipping (faster delivery, additional fee)
  • Next Day Shipping (guaranteed next-day delivery, additional fee)
  • Shipping restrictions: We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries with customs limitations.

Returns Policy:

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods (not purchase).
  • This applies to all products except those listed below (exceptions explained further down).
  • To cancel, contact us within 14 days via email (sales@airacom.com) or phone (+44 (0) 330 175 8374).

Return Process:

  • Contact customer service for a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) within 14 days of cancellation.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the items securely in their original packaging.
  • Once we receive the returned items in satisfactory condition, we will process a full refund within 14 days, including standard shipping costs.

Exceptions to Returns Policy:

  • ATEX/TIA/Intrinsically Safe equipment: Due to custom builds, these items are non-cancellable and non-returnable once ordered.
  • Custom-made and bespoke items: These cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described.
  • Used or damaged items: Returns will not be accepted for used or damaged items unless caused by a manufacturing defect.
  • Items not in original packaging: Returns may be refused or incur a restocking fee if not in original packaging.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
  • We will arrange a return and issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, or offer a replacement.

Important Information:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
