4. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
4.1. General Shipping Information
- Shipping rates vary depending on the weight and destination and can be calculated at checkout.
- Shipping methods available include Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Next Day Shipping (where applicable, and subject to additional fees).
- We reserve the right to choose the appropriate carrier for any method selected.
4.2. Delivery Lead Times
- Most orders for stock items ship within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
- ATEX/TIA/Intrinsically Safe equipment and accessories, due to custom builds and production lead times, may have an extended lead time of up to 12 weeks. The estimated lead time will be confirmed upon order acceptance.
4.3. Shipping Restrictions We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries with known customs limitations.
4.4. International Shipments (Risk and Title)
- For all international sales, delivery is made on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis (named place of delivery, typically Your registered business address).
- You are the Importer of Record. You are solely responsible for all import duties, brokerage charges, customs fees, local sales taxes (including VAT, GST, or similar charges in Your country), and any other charges or fees imposed by the destination country's government or customs authority.
- In the event that You refuse or fail to pay the required duties, brokerage, or customs fees, Airacom will not be held liable, and no refunds will be issued for the order.
- Risk of Loss or Damage shall pass to You upon completion of delivery to Your nominated address.
- Title (Ownership) to the Products shall not pass to You until We have received payment in full and cleared funds for the Products.
5. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND FAULTY ITEMS (B2B)
5.1. B2B Sales are Final All B2B transactions are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly set out in this Clause 5. By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges that these commercial transactions are exempt from consumer protection laws regarding 'cooling-off' periods or change-of-mind returns.
5.2. Non-Cancellable and Non-Returnable Items The following Products are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once the order is placed:
- ATEX/TIA/Intrinsically Safe equipment and accessories (due to custom builds).
- Custom-made and bespoke items.
5.3. Faulty or Incorrect Items We will only accept returns for Products confirmed as defective (manufacturing fault) or for an incorrect item supplied against the original purchase specifications.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receipt if the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Faulty items will go through the standard manufacturer's Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) process for repair or replacement.
- If a Product is discontinued or cancelled by us, we will offer an alternative replacement model or a refund.
5.4. Return Process
- You must obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN or RMA) from customer service before returning any equipment.
- The RAN/RMA number must be clearly included within the returns shipment packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns for used or damaged items (unless the damage is a manufacturing defect) or for items not in their original packaging.
- Once the items are received in satisfactory condition, a refund (less the restocking fee and all shipping/freight/duty/logistics costs incurred by Us) will be processed within 7 working days.
