Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information:

  • Shipping rates vary depending on weight and destination. Calculate costs at checkout.
  • Most orders ship within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
  • ATEX/TIA/Intrinsically Safe equipment and accessories can have an extended lead time (up to 12 weeks) due to custom builds and production lead-times.
  • Shipping times may vary by destination. Track your order in "Order History."
  • Shipping methods include:
  • Standard Shipping (most affordable)
  • Expedited Shipping (faster delivery, additional fee)
  • Next Day Shipping (guaranteed next-day delivery, additional fee)
  • Shipping restrictions: We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries with customs limitations.

Returns Policy:

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchasing the goods for new unopened and undamaged equipment. 
  • This applies to all products except those listed below (exceptions explained further down).
  • To cancel, contact us within 14 days via email (sales@airacom.com) or phone (+44 (0) 330 175 8374).
  • Returns and/or cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover processing and handling.
  • Build to order equipment including ATEX/TIA/Intrinsically safe equipment and accessories are non refundable. 

Return Process:

  • Contact customer service for a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) within 7 days of cancellation.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the items securely in their original packaging.
  • You are responsible for the costs and duties incurred in returning the goods/products or equipment.  
  • Once we receive the returned items in satisfactory condition, we will process a full refund within 7 working days, which excludes any and all shipping/freight and logistics costs including any importation and/or duty costs incurred by Airacom to receive the goods/product or equipment back into our facility.

Exceptions to Returns Policy:

  • ATEX/TIA/Intrinsically Safe equipment: Due to custom builds, these items are non-cancellable and non-returnable once ordered.
  • Custom-made and bespoke items: These cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described.
  • Used or damaged items: Returns will not be accepted for used or damaged items unless caused by a manufacturing defect and in the case of a manufacturing defect the item/product/equipment will go through the standard manufacturers returns (RMA) process for repair.
  • Items not in original packaging: Returns may be refused or incur a restocking fee if not in original packaging.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect items to your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • We will issue a refund, including return shipping costs, or offer a replacement.

Important Information:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
  • You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA) before returning equipment. 
  • The RMA number provided by Airacom must be included within the returns shipment packaging to identify the return. 
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
