The Smart-Ex^® 02 DZ1 with the VIATOR^® Bluetooth^® HART Interface is a fully-equipped HART communicator kit for Zone 1 and Class 1 / Division 1 hazardous areas. This kit includes everything you need for a full-featured, handheld HART communicator for hazardous areas.

Application

The Viator Bluetooth Interface is a point-to-point HART modem for temporary connection to HART field devices. 

The modem is operated by replaceable AAA batteries and can operate for approximately 20 hours. It attaches to a HART field device with 18-inch leads and test clips. The Smart-Ex^® 02 DZ1 uses an internal Bluetooth interface communicate with the modem.
