Installation & Usage

The ISD943 kit is intended for expert professional installation where structural constraints require an extreme cable run.

• Use the provided 50cm fly lead adaptors to connect the heavy main satellite cable to the antenna and docking station; do not connect the main cable directly to prevent damage to port interfaces.
• Strictly observe the 70mm single bend radius during installation to prevent internal fracture of the high-performance conductors.
• This kit is heavy (18.5 kg / 40.79 lbs boxed); ensure all cable trays, conduits, and mounting brackets are rated for this load.
• Connect the GPS link using the SMA connectors, ensuring they are hand-tightened and secure.

Usage Tip: For specialised projects, Beam active cable kits can be custom-ordered in lengths up to 100m. Please allow 3-4 weeks for such custom configurations.
